Po t\u00e9to dob\u011b jsou nab\u00eddky anonymizov\u00e1ny (dojde k v\u00fdmazu v\u0161ech osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f ) a k identifikaci slou\u017e\u00ed pouze \u010d\u00edslo nab\u00eddky.<\/p><p>Osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, zpracov\u00e1van\u00e9 v souvislosti s uzav\u0159en\u00edm Smlouvy o d\u00edlo, objedn\u00e1vky a jej\u00edm pln\u011bn\u00edm , zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1me po dobu trv\u00e1n\u00ed smluvn\u00edho vztahu, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zpracov\u00e1vat, tzn. Po dobu trv\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1ru\u010dn\u00ed doby na v\u00fdrobky a slu\u017eby, dodan\u00e9 na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u00e9to smlouvy o d\u00edlo.<\/p><p>Doba zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, z\u00edskan\u00fdch p\u0159i n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u00e1ch webu, je uvedena v odst. 5 tohoto prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p><p>Po ztr\u00e1t\u011b z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu prov\u00e1d\u00edme v\u00fdmaz p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, nem\u00e1me-li jin\u00fd z\u00e1konn\u00fd d\u016fvod k jejich zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo neud\u011bl\u00edte-li n\u00e1m sv\u016fj souhlas se zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/p><p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1me osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje na z\u00e1klad\u011b souhlasu, je doba ulo\u017een\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f uvedena p\u0159\u00edmo v textu souhlasu, se kter\u00fdm v\u00e1s v\u017edy p\u0159edem sezn\u00e1m\u00edme.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>7.Komu poskytujeme va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje<\/strong><\/p><p>Z\u00edskan\u00e9 osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje poskytujeme t\u0159et\u00edm osob\u00e1m, v\u017edy pouze v nezbytn\u011b nutn\u00e9m rozsahu a pouze v souvislosti s uveden\u00fdm \u00fa\u010delem zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed.
